Where is my data stored?
Recipient names, dates, and CSV files never leave your browser. We only store your email, subscription status, and how many certificates you've generated this month.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Download buttons disable and an upgrade prompt appears. Free certificates already created keep working. Your quota resets on the 1st of each month.
What's the 'Issued via' stamp?
Free-tier certificates carry a small grey footer linking to this site. Pro removes it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page; you keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
What file formats can I upload?
Templates: PNG and JPG, up to 5MB. Signatures: PNG with transparency works best. CSVs: standard comma-separated.
Do you support team accounts?
Not yet — Pro is single-user. Team plans are on the roadmap.
